Superb TV-Toolbar Powered By Google

I came through a home made video on Metacafe, where it is explained that it is possible to have several international TV channel by just downloading a toolbar!! Here is the link of the video

Personally I have tested the toolbar and I got to say that I’m facing some problems in accessing some TV channels while some other work on and off
